Welding is, of course, an absolute basic on the way to a process vessel or brewery tank. In addition to all known manual welding techniques, the BOLZ-EDEL Group relies heavily on the use of automatic welding and welding devices developed in-house. Experts are naturally familiar with the welding processes used in our production of stainless steel containers:

In pharmaceutical process vessels and bioreactors, in cosmetic stirring vessels and mixing tanks for food processing, in all industries, surfaces that are easy to clean in the area of the vessel that comes into contact with media, but also on the outside of the vessel, are a basic requirement. With our semi-automatic bottom and cone grinding machine, our automatic machines and devices for surface grinding, and an experienced grinding team, we guarantee the highest grinding quality with a consistently uniform appearance. Even a value of Ra 0.25 µm is no great challenge for our grinding team.

Electropolishing is an additional surface finishing process to grinding. Strong, long-standing partnerships have eliminated the risk of errors in this delicate final work at BOLZ-EDEL. We know what matters and we hold our partners accountable for you. Until now, electropolishing has been a standard requirement in the field of pharmaceutical and cosmetic containers, but chemical tanks and special stainless steel beverage containers are also increasingly in demand with this level of finishing. Here, too, we achieve excellent values of up to Ra 0.3 µm electropolished for you.
