NEW GLARUS BREWING COMPANY

The New Glarus Brewing Company was founded in 1993. Its incredibly tasty beer is sold ‘only in Wisconsin’. If you’re ever near New Glarus, do take the time to visit the brewery, situated on a hill on the southern edge of the village. The site has been designed to look like a Bavarian village and is truly impressive. Be sure to try the company’s best-selling brand, ‘Spotted Cow’, a barrel-aged farmhouse ale sweetened with corn.
