TRAINING WITH A FUTURE
Our passion lies in the design and manufacture of high-quality stainless steel vessels. As a trainee, you’ll have a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of process and storage vessels.
Our range of tank sizes is impressive: from small pharmaceutical batch tanks with a capacity of 10 litres to impressive large-scale tanks holding 2 million litres. With us, you will get to know the full range of sizes and grades.
MECHANICAL EMGINEERING TECHNICIAN (M/W/D)
The training program takes place in the production facility and at a vocational school. With us, you will learn:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reading and understanding complex drawings
- Work preparation and planning
- Processing stainless steel sheets, profiles and fittings
- Operating machines for forming and machining stainless steel
- Welding stainless steel – an essential part of the job at BOLZ-EDEL!
YOUR PROFILE
- At least a secondary school leaving certificate
- An interest in technology and manual skills
- Motivation and a willingness to perform
- An independent and structured approach to work
- A results-oriented mindset and approach
TECHNICAL PRODUCT DESIGNER (M/W/D)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, engineer and optimize components and assemblies in accordance with specifications
- Create technical drawings, parts lists and manufacturing documentation
- Create, version and enter 3D drawings and 3D models into databases using AutoCAD Inventor
- Selecting and planning suitable materials and manufacturing processes
- Inspecting components and assemblies and implementing quality assurance measures
- Monitoring the manufacturing process from design to finished product
