Planning

Your process engineering requirements are consistently implemented by engineers with industry experience, and innovative planning with 3D design is created. In close cooperation with the end customer or with plant engineering companies, efficient process and storage solutions are developed and implemented in compact project phases.

Manufacturing

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, such as cutting-edge welding equipment, innovative grinding technology, and the latest 3D design software, as well as highly trained skilled workers, guarantee quality and reliability.

Quality Control

Our quality assurance is based on ISO 9001:2015 certification. All processes and tests are managed and documented in accordance with this standard. This ensures continuous, fully documented quality control throughout the entire production cycle of a stainless steel container.

Acceptance

We naturally offer the option of conducting a personal factory acceptance test prior to delivery of your pharmaceutical containers and chemical tanks, also known as a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). You will always have access to the equipment required for your test, such as all of our calibrated measuring instruments and our mobile pump station, as well as the necessary cranes.

Documentation

We guarantee high-quality container documentation, tailored to the requirements of your industry. All manufacturing processes, intermediate and final inspections, TÜV documents, and material certificates are fully documented, making your pharmaceutical container, process container, or brewery tank traceable and safe for the future.

Largest order in the company’s history completed

After more than a year, the last of a total of 12x 80 K bioreactors and 5x 15 K seed fermenters left our factory gates in November. We have had an exciting time, from which we have learned a lot and gained valuable experience for the future.

Once again, it has been demonstrated that commitment, perseverance, passion, and teamwork are the keys to successful work.

Long drought comes to an end

Brewery tanks are finally back on the road again. After production capacities were tied up with pharmaceutical orders, there is now room again for the production of brewery tanks.

The first two pressure tanks with a capacity of 637 hl will be shipped to Tegernsee at the beginning of December.
